What We Do
If you are buying or selling a property, congratulations you have come to the right place. At Ready to Go Legal we specialise in the area of property law known as conveyancing. We are based in Horsham, West Sussex and will guide you through the home moving legal process from start to finish.
Ready to Go legal have selected not only some of the best quality legal firms to help you do this, but also the individuals that really understand what the home moving journey is all about.
We will provide you with a quotation that upon acceptance by you will set into motion a number of actions to ensure that you are well prepared and in the driving seat.
Even at this early stage we will use the information provided by you to appoint the property lawyer that best suits your needs. There may be a number of considerations such as location, timescale and related transactions to consider.
It’s an important requirement under current legislation that you provide some proof of identity, but don t worry we will give you guidance on how this is done and what documents you need such as passport, driving licence or utility bills.
Your property lawyer will write to you with confirmation of your instructions and you simply need to sign date and return confirmation of instructions at the earliest opportunity.
We think it reassuring to know at this stage you are covered by our ‘No Move, No Legal Fee’ promise, so no reason not to get the transaction up and running at the earliest opportunity.
No matter your circumstances we can help you move with the minimum of fuss. We transact all types of property from large rural homes to smaller city apartments. We can also assist if you are eligible for any of the current Government incentives including Help to Buy Equity loans or Shared Ownership schemes.
If you are buying one of the many New Homes available we are experienced at hitting deadlines put in place by developers. We work closely with National Housebuilders and smaller property developers to secure your new home in agreed timescales.
Because we specialise in property Law we are able to assist with other areas including:-
- Buying and Selling of Land
- Re-Mortgages
